All packages ship from Missouri and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once the order has been processed, the package will ship within 1-3 business days.
Ivory Littles does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the continental U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.
We do offer Free Standard Shipping on orders that are over $50 within the continental United States.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Take photos of any damaged items and packaging and keep the packaging for claims. Please contact your local post office to file a claim.
We are not responsible for products that were shipped to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked unclaimed, return to sender, or not deliverable, or any other reason by the carrier, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout. Original shipping will not be refunded on any invalid or incorrect address returns, RTS, or any other marked reason. You are responsible for any reshipment charges.
